Q. CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE SHOW?
A: It hilarious, fun and created specifically with audience participation in mind. In fact, your guests become the stars of the show! First, music is played to set the mood and get everyoexcited. Then the show begins with a entertaining introduction to hypnosis for everyone. Next, a group of 12 to 20 audience volunteers are invited up on stage to become the stars of the show. They will sit in a row of chairs facing the audience and then are put under deep hypnosis. They will, temporarily, change their personalities and may even become famous celebrities!

Q. WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
A. Hypnosis is actually a normal, natural state-of-mind. Incredibly, everyoenters this trance-state approximately 4 times per hour every day. It is the altered state of awareness where the subconscious mind responds immediately to positive suggestion. Contrary to what you see in the movies, hypnotized people are not asleep or unconscious. Rather, they are in a highly focused form of concentration. Have you ever been so involved in watching a movie that you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you trying to talk to you? This is a simple form of hypnosis.

Q. WHAT IS COMEDY HYPNOSIS?
A: Comedy HYpnosis is where hypnosis is used for entertainment purposes. The comedy hypnotist invites volunteers onto the stage to be hypnotized. They are then guided through a series of comic routines, situations where they temporarily demonstrate a change in personality, believe they are in various other environments and take on characteristics of celebrities and other people.

Q. CAN A PERSON GET STUCK IN A HYPNOTIC TRANCE?
A: Absolutely not, it’s impossible! Even if a volunteer were to be left in a trance-state, they would wake up on their own. Also, nobody will do anything against their morals or ethics while in hypnosis. My Hypnosis Show is not dangerous. I am a certified hypnotherapist the National Guild of Hypnotists and a graduate of a licensed training facility. I have been performing my show across the country for several years.

Q. WILL I BE EMBARRASED OR DO ANYTHING STUPID?
A. The hypnotist does not have control over you and you are not under his spell. Nobody can me made to do anything that they are not willing to do. No ocan be hypnotized against their will. You will not be doing anything against your morals or against your values. You won't be doing anything that you will regret later. You will not divulge any of your deep dark secrets. This is hypnosis not Jerry Springer.

Q. WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR THE SHOW?
A. You will need to provide between 12-20 chairs depending on the size of your event. Show requirements are simple - an adequate sound system with microphone, a well lit performing area and a group of people ready to have fun. A dance floor also works nicely. A platform or stage is suggested for groups of 150 or more.

Q. HOW LONG DOES THE TYPICAL SHOW LAST?
A. The hypnosis show normally runs from 60-90 minutes depending on your needs. Show content and length can be customized to any length to help make your entertainment the highlight of your program and helps make your event a huge success.

Q. IS HYPNOSIS HARMFUL OR DANGEROUS?
A. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we all go in and out of everyday. Many mental health experts agree that hypnosis is a common everyday phenomena, and there are no known deleterious physical or mental effects from its use. Hypnosis is no more dangerous that normal sleep

Q. IS HYPNOSIS LIKE WHAT IS SHOWN ON TELEVISION?
A. Most comedy hypnosis shows that are seen on TV are strictly for entertainment purposes. The volunteers that are participating in the program have all agreed to follow the suggestions that the hypnotist gives. Since they are aware that they are being televised, chances are they are more willing to go along with it.

Q. HOW WILL I KNOW IF I CAN BE HYPNOTIZED ?
A. Almost everyocan be hypnotized at some point or another just like everyone has the ability to day dream and fantasize. There are timely factors to consider as to when a person can be hypnotized such as: trusting the hypnotist, being in the state of mind to be able to concentrate, focus and allowing yourself to relax.

Q. WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?
A. Certain misconceptions have misled us to think we black out or lose conciseness. Actually hypnosis feels as if we are just relaxing. Some people feels like they are floating while others feel a sense of heaviness. Most people are aware of what is going on at all times and just allow themselves to focus totally on the hypnotist's suggestions while tuning everything else out.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET STUCK IN HYPNOSIS?
A. Getting stuck in hypnosis is a common myth of the movies and television. It is impossible to get stuck in hypnosis. The subject is in control at all times. If the hypnotist would leave the building the hypnotized person would just slip into a natural normal sleep and wake up all on their own after a few minutes or if someowould nudge them or call out their name.

Q. AM I TOO SMART OR NOT SMART ENOUGH TO BE HYPNOTIZED?
A. Offer the myths of hypnosis is that you have to be weak wiled in order to be hypnotized. This is not true. The most important thing is that you have to want to do it. No ocan be hypnotized against their will. You have to be willing. If you have the ability to focus, the ability to concentrate and you want to do it, the easier it is for you to be hypnotized.
